Super intalox saddle is improved based on the intalox saddle random packing. Its arc profile is changed into wavy or jagged profile. Meanwhile, super intalox saddle increase some pores on the arc surface as liquid channels. This adjustment is not only increase the void space but also improve gas & liquid movement and distribution in the reaction tower. It has the characteristic of lower pressure drop and higher mass & heat transfer efficiency.
