Blade Module Mist Eliminator

Blade module mist eliminator is made by baffle or zigzag blade. During the wet desulfurization, the absorption tower is easily to produce “frog” which is 10-60 Microns particle. The frog is not only containing water but also sulfuric acid and sulfur dioxide etc. Meanwhile it will cause severe corrosion and heavy dirt to the heat exchanger. So the purified gas must be defogged before leaving the absorption tower. The blade module mist eliminator is also used in crude oil refinery vacuum towers, pulp mill, sugar refinery, chemical plant evaporators, upstream gas processing and LNG plants.
